Those following along with Lonking Holdings Limited (HKG:3339) will no doubt be intrigued by the recent purchase of shares by Ngan Ying Ngai, Founder & Non Executive Vice Chairman of the company, who spent a stonking HK$5.7m on stock at an average price of HK$1.20. While that only increased their holding size by 0.2%, it is still a big swing by our standards.

Lonking Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Ngan Ying Ngai is the biggest insider purchase of Lonking Holdings shares that we've seen in the last year. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of HK$1.25. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future.
