On January 17, 2024, the Tianjin Liang Qichao Memorial Hall successfully held the “Develop in Protection, Protect in Development” cultural heritage protection and inheritance exchange event.

The event unveiled the winning works of the city-wide “Discovering the Beauty of Cultural Relics” video competition and the Tianjin Cultural Expo Creative Product Design Competition, “Drinking Ice” century-themed cultural creativity, “Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Liang Sili's Birth”, and “Architect Lin Huiyin”.

At the event, Yinsheng Shuhui Digital Co., Ltd. According to reports, Yinsheng Shuhui will build a celebrity digital person project including but not limited to many historical celebrities such as Mr. Liang Qichao, and the “Ice Drinking Room” IP project at the Liang Qichao Memorial Hall based on the unique historical background and cultural attributes of the Yifeng District in Hebei District, to promote the integrated development of digital cultural tourism and cultural heritage, further enhance the upgrading of the consumption scene in Yifeng District, help expand the consumer industry in Yifeng and Hebei, and establish rich digital application scenarios for the cultural tourism sector.
