As of December 31, 2022, Ms. Li Xiang, the company's outgoing executive, held 25,800 shares of the company's shares. On September 15, 2023, the company's stock holdings were reduced by 5,800 shares, with an average transaction price of 6.78 yuan/share. On November 29, 2023, the company reduced its stock holdings by 2,000 shares, with an average transaction price of 8.66 yuan/share. Up to now, Ms. Li Xiang has reduced her holdings of the company's shares by a total of 7,800 shares in 2023, accounting for 0.0054% of the company's total share capital. The reduction amount exceeds 25% of the total number of shares she held at the end of the previous year, and has reduced her holdings by 1,350 shares, in violation of the “Implementation Rules for Shareholders, Directors, Supervisors, and Senior Managers of Listed Companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange” and other relevant regulations.
