Since Ms. Cao Xue currently does not have the academic or professional qualifications required by section 3.28 of the listing rules, the Stock Exchange has granted an exemption for Ms. Cao Xue's qualification as a joint company secretary to exempt her from strict compliance with the requirements of section 3.28 and section 8.17 of the listing rules.
