As of press release, Xiaopeng Motor-W (09868) rose 5.78% to HK$72.25; Zero Sports (09863) rose 3.94% to HK$36.9; Great Wall Motor (02333) rose 3.27% to HK$12; and Wei-SW (09866) rose 2.8% to HK$60.65; Ideal Car-W (02015) rose 2.4% to HK$162.4.

According to the news, data released by the Passenger Transport Federation yesterday showed that on November 1-19, the passenger car market sold 974,000 units, an increase of 19% over the previous year; since this year, retail sales have accumulated 18.241 million vehicles, an increase of 4% over the previous year. Retail sales in the NEV market were 402,000 units, up 37% year on year and 2% month on month. Since this year, the total retail sales volume has been 6.356 million units, up 34% year on year.

Tianfeng Securities pointed out that looking ahead to November, the bank expects 12 car companies to add 58-590,000 new orders, +2% to +7% compared to October. Since the fourth quarter, many new models have been launched one after another. According to data, car market orders have picked up markedly in recent months, showing a month-by-month growth trend. The bank believes that as we enter the year-end sprint stage and many car companies follow the trend and introduce “Double Eleven” promotion policies, the car market is expected to continue to strengthen.
