According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinan Hi-Tech (600807.SH) issued an announcement. The company recently received the “Decision on Issuing Warning Letter Measures against Jinan High-tech Development Co., Ltd. and related responsible persons” issued by the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau discovered that the company had inaccurate information disclosure in its daily supervision. At the beginning of 2023, Shandong Ruiyixiang Trading Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, began gold trading business. The company used the aggregate method for the relevant trading business in the report for the first quarter of 2023 disclosed on April 29, 2023 to confirm operating income. On August 19, 2023, the company disclosed the “Notice on Correction of Prior Accounting Errors”, which reorganized the relevant trade business, adjusted the above business from the “total amount method” to the “net value method” to confirm operating income, and reduced the operating income for the first quarter of 2023 by 22,391,068.00 yuan. As a result of the above matters, the financial data previously disclosed by the company for the first quarter of 2023 was inaccurate.

The above acts violate section 3 of the “Administrative Measures on Information Disclosure of Listed Companies” (Securities Regulatory Commission Order No. 182). According to sections 4 and 51 of the “Administrative Measures on Information Disclosure of Listed Companies” (Securities Regulatory Commission Order No. 182), Wang Chengdong, as the company's chairman and Lei Xuefeng, as the company's financial director, have failed to fulfill their obligation of diligence and due diligence, and are mainly responsible for the company's irregularities. According to Article 52 of the “Administrative Measures on Information Disclosure of Listed Companies” (CSRC Order No. 182), the Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take supervisory and administrative measures to issue warning letters against the company and the relevant responsible persons mentioned above, and record them in the securities and futures market integrity file database.
