Non-public Issuance of 2020 Corporate Bonds (for Professional Institutional Investors) (Phase 4) Prospectus”, investors have the right to choose to register during the investor resale registration period and resell all or part of their “20 CICC F5” holdings to the company (issuer) at face value, or choose to continue holding current bonds.
According to reports, the issuer does not resell the resold bonds. The current bond is referred to as “20 CFC F5” for short. The resale registration period is November 20, 2023 to November 24, 2023, and the resale fund payment date is December 14, 2023.
