Gelonghui November 15 | Hope Education (01765.HK) issued an announcement. The board of directors proposed changing the company's English name from “Hope Education Group Co., Ltd.” to “XJ International Holdings Co., Ltd.” , and the company's dual foreign Chinese name was changed from “Hope Education Group Limited” to “Greek Education International Holdings Limited.”
A proposed change of company name can only be implemented after shareholders pass a special resolution at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders to approve the proposed change of company name; and the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies approves the proposed change of company name through the issuance of a certificate of change of name registration.
