Glonghui November 7 | CWT INT'L (00521.HK) announced that the company has received a letter from KPMG stating that after its current term expires, it will step down at the company's recent annual general meeting of shareholders and will not seek renewal of the company's auditors.
According to the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided (1) that since the proposal review team of Tianzhi International Accounting Firm Limited has fully proved to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors that it has the required qualifications, ability and objectivity, and can effectively and efficiently carry out the audit work for the year ending December 31, 2023 at a reasonable fee level, it is proposed to appoint Tianzhi International as a new auditor, effective immediately after KPMG leaves office at the end of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
