With 3.7% and 1.3% of the shares outstanding respectively, Zhejiang Weixing Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Xiaohua Hou are the second and third largest shareholders. Interestingly, the third-largest shareholder, Xiaohua Hou is also a Chairman of Corporate Board, again, indicating strong insider ownership amongst the company's top shareholders.
