According to the news, the S&P report indicates that sales of the mainland real estate industry are expected to be about 11.5 trillion to 12 trillion yuan (same below) this year, which means a year-on-year drop of 10% to 15%, and next year's sales volume will drop another 5%. S&P pointed out that interior housing sales remain sluggish, construction starts continue to be low, high inventories in lower-end cities, and increased supervision all affect sales.

Furthermore, according to statistics from Kerry Property Management, out of 65 listed property companies, the market capitalization has declined to 60, leaving only 7 property companies with a market capitalization of 10 billion dollars or more. Overall, although the average revenue value of listed property companies is rising, the overall growth rate has declined markedly. Guojin Securities pointed out that in the short term, the development status of related housing enterprises still has a great impact on commodity enterprises.
