Hongyang Real Estate (01996) issued an announcement that the contract sales of the company, subsidiaries and associated companies (groups) in September 2023 were 1.99 billion yuan, down 41.5 percent from the same period last year, and the sales area was 135500 square meters. The average sales price is 14685 yuan per square meter.
From January to September 2023, the group realized cumulative contract sales of 18.903 billion yuan, down 33.7% from the same period last year; the cumulative sales area was 1.3549 million square meters; and the average sales price was 13952 yuan per square meter.
