In order to maintain the sustainable development of the Group's business, the Group plans to explore development opportunities for animated feature films.
In order to seize new business opportunities, Yigao Holdings Co., Ltd. (Yigao Holdings), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a creative development and production supervision consulting service agreement with Wan Wei Renhe (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Wan Wei Renhe). Yigao Holdings provided Wan Weirenhe with a number of animated film consulting services for their ongoing film projects.
The main services that Yigao Holdings will provide to Wan Weirenhe include the following: participating in script reading and content discussions; guiding the adjustment and improvement of the script and animation, and providing opinions on the art style of animation; supervising and directing the production process, including directing animation expressions and special effects in animated films; participating in discussions and decisions on the quality and art style of animated film production; and providing opinions and suggestions for the promotion and development of animated films.
