Zhitong Financial APP News, 688499.SH released a semi-annual report for 2023 that the company's operating income was 2.73 billion yuan, an increase of 56.56% over the same period last year; the net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 31.5584 million yuan, from profit to loss; the net loss belonging to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profits and losses was 43.9455 million yuan, from profit to loss; and the basic loss per share was 0.26 yuan per share.

During the reporting period, the company's total revenue increased by 56.56% over the same period last year, mainly because the company actively expanded the business of new energy lithium battery equipment at home and abroad, accelerated equipment delivery and acceptance, and the company's income from power lithium battery manufacturing equipment and intelligent storage equipment increased by a large margin. The losses during the reporting period were mainly due to the higher technical requirements of the power lithium power equipment accepted, the long cycle of production commissioning and acceptance, and insufficient standardized precipitation and large-scale mass production, resulting in low gross profit margin and high expenses; at the same time, the revenue scale of the reporting period increased greatly, the credit period of power lithium customers was longer, and the balance of accounts receivable and contract assets at the end of the period was larger, resulting in a larger amount of credit impairment loss in the current period. The company has taken a series of comprehensive measures, such as improving quality and efficiency, controlling cost and reducing costs, optimizing technical standards and high-quality customers, and increasing the development of overseas markets, and has achieved phased results in terms of the better business situation in the second quarter.
