CHEN YU HAS RESIGNED AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD DUE TO THE NEED TO PUT MORE EFFORT INTO OTHER BUSINESS ACTIVITIES. Ms. CHAN acknowledges that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors and that she has not submitted any request for resignation and that no matter is of concern to shareholders or HKEX Limited. The Company would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Chan's contribution to her tenure. The current Executive Directors include Mr. Lo Ziping, Mr. Tang Yifuan, Mr. Shing Ping Ru and Mr. Qian Chun Huan. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Ma Wing Shin, Mr. Tam Cheng Hao and Mr. Hau Zhijee.
