Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced on 13 March 2024 that it will publish all future corporate communications electronically under the new provisions of Listing Rules Section 2.07A of the Listing Rules of Hong Kong United Stock Exchange Limited (the “Exchange”). The regulation will take effect from 31 December 2023. The Company will no longer mail printed corporate newsletters to non-registered shareholders unless specifically requested. English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications will be available on the company's website and on the exchange website. If a shareholder provides a valid email or postal address through a bank, broker, custodian, agent or Hong Kong Central Clearing (Agent) Limited, the Company will send a notice by email or post on the day of publication of the Corporate Communications. Shareholders who wish to continue receiving printed communications are required to complete the application form and submit it to the Company's Hong Kong Share Registrar. We encourage our shareholders to use electronic communications to obtain the latest business information.
