In the future, the company's communications will be issued mainly electronically to shareholders and printed copies at the request of shareholders. The Company's newsletter will be available on the Fusion Services website and the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. Shareholders may subscribe to the newsletter service to be notified. If the shareholder does not provide a valid e-mail address or the address is invalid, the Company will send a printed newsletter by mail. Merger Services encourages shareholders to update valid email addresses to receive electronic communications and provide relevant contact details. In addition, if shareholders require paper communications for special reasons, they may submit written requests to the Company.
