Lockheed International Holdings Group Limited (the “Company”) announced on 27 February 2024 that, pursuant to amendments to the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong United Stock Exchange Limited (the “Exchange”), the Company will issue corporate newsletters electronically from 31 December 2023. The Company will no longer proactively mail printed corporate newsletters to non-registered shareholders unless individually requested. The Chinese and English versions of all future corporate communications will be available on our website and on the exchange website. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive a printed copy are required to complete the application form and contact Jujia Securities Registration Company Limited or submit a request by email. This arrangement will remain in effect until the end of the next financial year unless it is withdrawn or replaced in advance. The Company encourages shareholders to actively use e-business communications to reduce paper usage and improve efficiency.
