Global Strategy Group Limited (“Global Strategy”) announced on 10 January 2024 that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shanghai Tianxi Ting Health Food Co., Ltd., to explore potential cooperation in the sale of meat products in Japan, Korea or other countries/regions. The memorandum is not legally binding, and the specific terms of the cooperation and the form of business cooperation have not yet been determined. The Parties agree not to negotiate such cooperation with third parties during the interim period and will endeavour to establish a legally binding formal agreement on the terms of cooperation. Potential partners are engaged in food sales and production in China and are not related to Global Strategy and its affiliates. Global Strategy believes that this cooperation, if successful, will contribute to the diversification of revenue sources in the interests of the company and its shareholders. The Company will issue further announcements in due course in accordance with GEM Listing Rules.
