The idea is "growth only" for these real estate investment trusts (REITs), none of which pay dividends.

Ryman's FFO increased this year by 57.70%. FFO is down by 24.9% over the past five years. Truist analysts just upgraded the REIT from "hold" to "buy" with a price target of $95 to $103.

Its FFO is off by 38.10% this year, and the past five-year FFO is a negative 15.20%.
