Ankara, May 9 (Reuters) - Turkish Central Bank Governor Fatih Karahan Said on Thursday That the Additional Monetary Tightening Delivered in March, a 500-Point Rate Hike to 50%, Fostered Confidence in the Lira and Bolstered Foreign Reserves.
