Tesla, Inc. CEO Musk sold 1.2 million Tesla, Inc. shares, worth about $1.2 billion, on Nov. 12, according to SEC filings.
Earlier, Musk sold 639700 Tesla, Inc. shares through his trust fund on Nov. 11, according to SEC.
Mr Musk sold 3.088 million shares of Tesla, Inc. held by his trust on Nov. 9 and 500000 shares on Nov. 10, worth about $4 billion.
Earlier announcements showed that Musk exercised stock options on Nov. 8, exercising 2.15 million shares at a price of $6.24, which expires on Aug. 13, 2022.
The document also revealed that Musk sold 934000 Tesla, Inc. shares on Nov. 8. According to the document, the sale of common shares is only to meet the withholding tax obligations of the reporter to exercise stock options. The document also shows that the transaction is planned for September 14, 2021.
