Recruitment of JAL Career Recruiters for 2024 Business Planning Positions

JAL is now implementing potential recruitment and career matching recruitment as summer terms in addition to career recruitment, which is carried out throughout the year (see overview below for details).
In order to realize the 2021-2025 medium-term management plan, JAL is in need of human resources who respect diverse values and take on the challenge of transformation to create new value. For this reason, we will expand career recruitment and actively hire human resources with diverse knowledge and experience from outside the company. [Overview of the summer term selection to be newly recruited] 
Application period: 2024/5/15 (Wed) to 6/9 (Sun)
① Potential adoption
We place emphasis on the potential abilities of the applicants themselves and are looking for human resources with the potential (potential, possibility, future potential) that can play an active role in the near future.
Number of people to be recruited: about 20
Eligibility: Those born on or after 1994/4/1 (*1). Work experience and skills are not required.
Assignment: Please specify the course (*2) and apply, and we will specify the initial assignment destination after getting a job offer.
The initial assignment may be to the current business department (airport/reservation/cargo/flight management, etc.).
② Career matching recruitment
We are looking for human resources who can immediately demonstrate their abilities by making use of the high skills and specialized knowledge they have cultivated through their work experience up until now.
Number of people to be recruited: about 10 people
Target: Those with at least 5 years of work experience and experience and skills to play an active role as an immediate force in fields other than “departmental recruitment,” which is being recruited throughout the year (regardless of age).
Assignment: After asking for details of the work you want to work on during the selection process, we will present an initial placement location where you can make use of your experience and skills and play an active role.

(*1) Reason for age restrictions: To promote career development through long-term employment.
(*2) A course does not indicate a specific department, but rather indicates the direction of experience and activity. Please review the source of your feelings about what you want to achieve and what you want to achieve, and choose a course that is close to your own. Also, this recruitment will target corporate courses, operations courses, business marketing courses, and data science/digital technology courses, and departmental recruitment will be carried out for the airline engineer course.

*During the selection process, there is a possibility that proposals other than the application category will be proposed depending on the individual's characteristics.
