Higashi Twentyone---Dividend from surplus (dividend increase)

Fisco Japan ·  May 13 21:48

Higashi TwentyOne <9029> announced on the 10th that it will pay dividends from surplus funds with 2024/3/31 as the reference date.

The company believes that return of profits to shareholders is one of the important issues, and it is a policy to implement dividends with a consolidated dividend ratio of 30% or more as a target level, based on strengthening the financial position and maintaining stable dividends, while comprehensively considering this while enhancing internal reserves necessary for continuous business scale expansion.

Taking into account this basic policy and financial results for the fiscal year ending 2024/3, dividends were increased by 2 yen to 36 yen to the originally forecast dividend of 34 yen per share. Furthermore, year-end dividends will be implemented after a resolution of the general shareholders' meeting scheduled to be held in 2024/6. The effective date is 2024/6/17.
