Zibuyu (02420) issued an announcement that on 15 September 2023, the Board of Directors resolved to adopt the share Award Scheme to recognize and reward the performance of certain eligible participants and their contributions to the growth and development of the Group; to encourage and retain them to continue to contribute to the continued operation and development of the Group; and to attract suitable personnel to promote the further development of the Group.
The Board will, before or after identifying the selected participants, cause to be paid to the trustee or Gongfenxiang One, where appropriate, the amount required to purchase a certain number of existing shares on the Stock Exchange at the market trading price as an incentive for the scheme and for such other purposes as may be provided for in the scheme rules and the trust deed.
