Another blue chip stock, GEELY AUTO (00175.HK), likewise, extended its rise to 4.1% after lunch, last posted $22.95, on a volume of 72.85 million shares.
Several other automobile stocks, on the contrary, gave back around 2-4%, including DONGFENG GROUP (00489.HK), GREATWALL MOTOR (02333.HK) and EVERG VEHICLE (00708.HK).
