$Grab Holdings(GRAB.US$ why is this so low? I’m in Vietnam and see GRAB every day everywhere here! I use it almost daily. millions of transactions daily just in VN. they cheat the drivers and the restaurants/cafes, so their profits should be high! I expected to see the price $50.00+!

MonkeyGee : I think usa stock market doesn't understand Grab. It is one the largest businesses in eastern Asia. Almost everyone uses it. and it's not just for car service and food. They provide the location with financing. And that goodness in a company that has almost zero debt. The fun think its largest enough to just buy UBER!

I didn’t even know it was listed in US, and checked the price immediately when I found out. Shocked me to see this low price! I expected similar price to UBER or Door Dash. Shocked me so much I was scared to buy it because the low price set off red flags for me. 8 countries with a few hundred million customers daily, and some using multiple times a day. During the rainy season I use it 2 or 3 times a day just for Grab Good Delivery. I also offer it for my cafe and they charge me 30% on the customers order total, then charge the customer a delivery fee, while paying the driver pennies per delivery. In Hanoi and Saigon, Grab is so popular that sometimes there are no delivery drivers or taxis available. If it was in the $20’s to $30’s I’d buy, but this low price actually scared me away.
SUNSHINE16OP 101551360: Technically not “cheat” as everyone has a choice to use or not use GRAB… but their fees are high and they pay the drivers pennies. Drivers hope for tips but locals don’t tip. I know one local GRAB moto taxi driver who works 7 days a week, usually 10am to midnight, (14 hours) and pockets about d250.000 a day not including his fuel. d7.500.000 ($294.00) per month gross, minus fuel, minus taxes…. BUT that’s more than 70-80% of locals earn, with average salary around $250.00 / month here.
MonkeyGee SUNSHINE16OP: well, I can't see where the concern lies. The balance sheet is better than UBER and Lyft. minimal debt, growing business, dominate the region, great business model, loved by customers and business. So what I'm I missing? Market value is less than 2X of revenue. Grab to Uber and you be afraid to by Uber.
MonkeyGee SUNSHINE16OP: I understand that Grab might not be paying the workers thousands of dollars, but without Grab, they have zero. so which one makes more sense. I don't use UBER food because the prices are ridiculous, you pay an Uber service fee, then you pay drives fee , and you have to tip the driver. So a $10 burger will cost me 40. Only the next generation of kids who don't know how to add will use Uber. When I was oversea, I used Grab for everything. And now that I'm not their I truly miss it.

SUNSHINE16OP MonkeyGee: You’re right, they’re not paying them thousands… but they’re not even paying them hundreds.
To make hundreds you have to work long hours seven days a week. Some GRAB drivers, on car and moped, take their babies with them while driving. Many GRAB drivers do it as a P/T job for a few hours a day. They all had jobs before they worked for GRAB and they can all have jobs after GRAB, so they don’t have nothing without GRAB is false. I love that I can have a $6 burger delivered to me for $1, but it’s sucks they’re taking $1.80 from the burger man, taking my $1, then paying the driver $0.50 to deliver… and then he pays gas. 
GRAB is expecting the American Tip Culture to work in SE Asia and for the locals to compensate their employees for their low wages, but nobody tips in SE Asia, besides tourists and expats. I tip based on service, but generally the service is always bad in VN. Food arrives late, it’s cold, it’s leaking, it’s missing stuff, it’s the wrong order. The GRAB GPS mapping is a complete mess so the poor drivers go in circles searching for you wasting their gas and time. Several times I’ve actually had to tell them to stop and park and I will come to them to pick up my food. 
If it’s raining nobody will accept the job. If it starts raining after they accept the job, they wait inside until the rain stops. I love GRAB, but just can’t understand why the stock price is so low. Something is fishy to me.
