For company still own banks and others loaned fund pay hugely 8 months bonus is never think of health of company. The company may pay bonus 3 months but my personal opinion not 8 months

All shareholders always want the max for themselves.. but I think it’s still reasonable for the company to decide for themselves how much bonus to give to their employees..without committed employees, they may not be where they are..
Furthermore, do shareholders all know how much different categories of employees salary is? They may say 8 months but it may be for the pantry aunty whose salary is very low… so take all of these with a pinch of salt…
