Birdistheword iamiamOP: Cool cool. I hope you're right. The money and agreement look pretty solid as far as a hint in that direction. I bought 1k shares. I wasn't sure if anyone else was on this or heard anyone else's thoughts yet. I saw your post about today's news and ran to look at it. May buy more. How strongly do you believe the dw project will be moving forward? And do you believe we are at risk of any offerings or an RS? Sorry for the bombardment lol but I have no one else I know that's in here. I feel that the risk reward here is worth a gamble so to speak.
iamiamOP Birdistheword: the risk reward is huge. technically, this is getting ready to turn, and the upside is large. the agreement also is a deal to buy 2 years' worth of their LNG. So they get the cash sale upfront and a 2 year LNG deal. I haven't read it, but the selloff would lead me to believe they locked in a price. Plus, natgas sold off today. This is a company providing energy in the growing areas of the southwest. They are a long hold for me. I do not think they need to make an offering or reverse split. they have a product people want and need. They just also took on a heap of debt for their projects. A buyout would be much more likely than screwing stockholders.
Birdistheword iamiamOP: thanks. I like your thoughts and insight on this. I also believe in it long term and think worse case even if it were to sell, the share purchase price could be higher than what it is. I like that they are doing other things to raise cash and not just spamming offerings. It is nice to see. I think that the project (although a big undertaking) if finished would be huge, and I mean mega huge, and would send the stock flying into the double digits. It's could be one of those rare times "I wish I had bought this x years ago" type of things. Maybe some risk but it's definitely not fake. I know Bechtel has been building it.
