I dont see a stronger balance sheet based on the last issue. Company is just piling debts after debts like US government's infinite borrowings. But US has the Fed to save them, will Temasek save them or let it die after selling their renewable tech like letting Hyflux die after they sold their desalination plant? I do not want to guess Seatrium's borrowing costs but it should be quite high due to risky balance sheet and current rate environment. It will come as no surprise that most of their profit will be eaten by interest payments. Thats the reason why one should never look at EBITDA when investing as its the most commonly misleading term since Depreciation and Amortization cost is real and Interest payment is a black hole for company with high debt. I have no vested or shorts (I never Short and will never short a stock in my lifetime) interest hence comments is totally neutral based on available facts. Will this stock rebound? Possible since this is a highly speculative counter but I think there are many other stocks worth our attention where most can still trade or invest and sleep well at night
