Me have a question for you brothers pandas. Warren Buffett say buy SPY index. But since QQQ 2022 Crash. QQQ is better choice than SPY. Now with NVDA demands of her chips outstrips her supply. And with AAPL MSFT GOOGL all building their own in-house chips. It seems the only way of QQQ is up.
Before QQQ 2022 Crash. There is 3Years of QQQ bull runs. So by right after 2022 Crash. Based on QQQ last chess history. QQQ will have another 3Years bull run. With 2023 being the first bull run year. But a piece of caution is: each quarters of QQQ Nasdaq companies Q earnings reports is a good indicators of the possible QQQ repeat crash. But with NVDA at last Q2 reporting x300% revenues growth. And with MSFT GOOGL AMZN want to catch up with NVDA. Most likely it is bullrun than bear crash for Q3 QQQ. But please do your own discerning of each Q earnings reports of top 10Companies of QQQ Nasdaq which make up of 50% of QQQ.
Another add point is. Now with markets immune to news of Ukraine Wars COVID bank failures & US shutdown. For example. This Israel War dont damp QQQ a lots just a bits. What Michael Burry QQQ market crash you people are talking about?
But since QQQ is the market ways. Should we QQQY or QQQ or TQQQ or NVDA?
QQQY = ODay Options. If you cannot take TQQQ big swings heart attacks. QQQY seem the ways. Then with QQQY calculated 180% p.a. returns. It is fine with me to beat Warren Buffett 29% p.a. returns.
QQQ & TQQQ & NVDA always trigger heart attacks in me to sell at wrong times. QQQY YTD stand at -6%. QQQ YTD stand at +60%. TQQQ YTD stand at +160%. NVDA YTD stand at +200%. But TQQQ have x200 stock splits. NVDA have x20 stock splits. So if you want to go on x3 QQQ leverages steroids. TQQQ is the super high roller QQQ ways. Me PANDA is the sissy peaceful pandas who will choose the less heart attacks QQQY ways.
When QQQY goes up +0.3%. NVDA go up +1.0%. TQQQ goes up +1.3%. But because QQQY can dont exercise options if QQQ goes down. That mean = if QQQ go down. QQQY = 0%. NVDA = -negative%. TQQQ = -big negative%. So with QQQY. We pandas can sleep soundly each nite. Knowing it is either up 25% of QQQ increase or 0% no down decrease. QQQY options plays smoothen out all our heart attacks sleepless nites. You get 25% of QQQ returns. But with no heart attacks sound sleep every nite. No heart attacks also mean no wrong panic sellings. But you need to accept a -75% cut in QQQ increase.
In other words. With QQQY you always win something every nite. With NVDA & TQQQ you win more but 1/4 to 2/5 nites you may lose somethings. If you always panic selling recommend you like me take QQQY. If you dont panic selling. You may like NVDA & TQQQ in better returns.
After tonite analysis. Me may switch from QQQY to NVDA. TQQQ is too risky leverages not worth it. NVDA is better choice. Nevertheless. NVDA Q3 earning report discerning is needed to continue your NVDA choice. Also expect FOMC Fed Open Market Committee meeting to push NVDA prices down.
Nevertheless. Please see coming TSLA NFLX NVDA Q3 earning reports. To see whether Michael Burry QQQ 2024 Crash is correct or me PANDA QQQ 3Years bull runs is correct. Dont forget a US Biden 2024 win may mean QQQ bull runs another 4Years.
