  • mr_cashcow : Hello again, have been following Sarge's moomoo account and he sure shares a lot of useful insights on various stock price movements! So I find that useful hope he will continue to do so, thanks for sharingundefined

I would like to ask what are the key things we should look out for in earning calls to decide if there is an opportunity playundefined

  • Dadacai : Hi Sarge, has it always been natural for you to remove emotions when making investment decisions? If not, how do you overcome that?

  • ZnWC : Thanks for sharing your insights and answering our questions about earnings call. Here are my questions:

    1. How do we use data from earnings call for swing trading and long term investment?

    2. Do you think post stock performance after earnings call accurately reflects the earnings outcome? Why?

    3. How do we read analyst consensus expectations such as EPS, Revenue, Gross margin etc? Should we be worried if the earnings call indicates "below expectation"?

  • 小trader : Hi Sarge, can I ask, from your experience, should retail investors trade during earnings period? I’ve seen a few traders getting burn from trading during this periods.

  • 103057627 : been told ppl buy in just before earning released if they expect good results. what if they miss analyst expectations? should I just trust in the growth instead? hold on for dividends?
