路人辛酉 : wah. so kut lat and stay up so late. back to the point, good observation on the correlation between the 10 year US Treasury vs reits.
Compare to risk free US Treasury bills of 4.x% yield vs approximately 5.5% reits yield, investors will definitely look for risk free investment with relatively higher yield.
it is also posed a good opportunity for us to accumulate the reits before the interest rate cut.
