DBS stock down almost 8% YTD despite better than expected net profit - bullish or bearish?

$DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG)$ RSI (12) and RSI (6) indicators showed that the stock is oversold and relatively bullish. Based on volume trade, there is an imbalance outflow - sign of panic selling?
If you see combined TA indicators, the stock trend is neutral, only 7/15 indicate bullish while the rest neutral. According to Market Watch, share price is -7.99% YTD and -8.85% 3 months which is bad news for short term investors.
On the macro view, there's no news that will affect the share price except for the greater than expected Q3 earning a month ago. In my view, most holders are for long term earning good dividends. You may want to analyse the stock performance of the other 2 local banks - OCBC and UOB. Trade prudently not financial advice.
