starr67 : At least over 10k to get near $1.90 if you plan to average at $1.80 a share. Do your math to find your new position after averaging. example if you plan to average at $1.80 a share first you need to calculate your current position and share price.
16 × $64 = $1,024 (your current position)
Now let's say you want to calculate 11k how many shares can you aquire and what might your average be if purchase @ $1.80 a share.
$11,000 ÷ $1.80 = 6,111 (shares)
Now calculate exactly how much you will pay for 6,111 shares multiply 6,111 × $1.80 = $10,999.80
To find new position add old shares and new shares together.
16 + 6,111 = 6,127 (total shares)
Now add the purchase price for the 16 shares and the purchase price for 6,111 shares together.
$1,024 + $10,999.80 = 12,023.80 (total purchase price)
Now divide total purchase price by total shares number to find new position.
12,023.80 ÷ 6,111 = $1.96 (your new position after average)
starr67 : Not sure if you're welling to go in almost 11k to average @ the current $1.80 price but that's the method to find a position after average.
IslandlifeOP : thanks for all the help. looks like I have to sell and lose big cause I am not willing to put in 11k on this company. MotherF. they screwed everyone big.
starr67 IslandlifeOP: No don't cut loss. I don't know what price you might average and how much you'll put in but do your math, and decide before cut loss.
Example as of right now were @ $1.87 if you go in $1,000 you'll be able to aquire 534 shares. After calculations your new position will be at $3.67 which is less than where I'm at. my posting is $4 something.
16 × $64 = $1024 (current position)
$1000 ÷ $1.87 = 534 (shares)
$1.87 × 534 = $998.50 ( purchase price)
16+ 534 = 550 (total shares)
$1024 + $998.58 = $2,022.58 (total purchase price)
$2,022.58 ÷ 550 = $3.67 (new position)
IslandlifeOP : saw the numbers.. nobody is happy with this "MIERDA" OF STOCK. let's wait for the best and expect the worst.
starr67 : Good news since market open we moving up.
