AfterHours PDT Overide!.....?

As I'm Trying to work out the best way to create a successful strategy, ecspesially with the Three Day Patterned Day Trader Rule. Annoying to say the least, But when I think about it, although it sucks, It is definetly necessary to keep from having people just in and out all day long not knowing what their doing.
So Ive gotta keep to a set of rules, I cant make a trade without being able to sell it if it goes wrong, I can't just trade as many times as i wish.
Tim Bohen from StockstoTrade Advisory teaches that stocks that end at their high of the day, with a press release, Higher then usual volume, and a small share float you have the ingrediants for a master piece.
I'm going to just use MooMoo in the "Explore" tab to look up "after Hour Gainers" and find one with good PM volume AND A PRESS RELEASE for a catalyst. I'm gonna buy at 7:45pm and hold over night, knowing that these stocks are prime candidattes for a good morning run. and Sell in that sweet sweet volitile morning gap.
One rule to follow would be to NOT HOLD INTO OPEN. the 9:30 am to 9:45 am time period is very Un guessable and is very likely to jump down just as much if not more then its likely hood to jump up. Any plays after that would have to be supported by an available day trade and strict limits.... something I'm gonna try.
Didnt do it today.... If I had I would have chosen
