Currently, the only two companies with feasible solutions in the market are IONQ and Honeywell. This has intensified speculation about future cooperation between the US Air Force and IONQ. Checking IONQ's LinkedIn account, it can be found that they are indeed recruiting a Director of Government Sales and Contract Attorney. As for Government Sales, let's not dwell on that, but the job content of the Contract Attorney includes drafting government contracts. This indicates 1. they do intend to cooperate with government departments; 2. they believe that hiring an in-house contract lawyer is more cost-effective than outsourcing to a law firm, which means they either have confidential contracts or a large number of contracts.
