A moomoo ID is your personal ID once you sign up for your account on the moomoo app. View your moomoo ID on the Me tab, or go to:
Me > Settings > Account and Security > Profile
Use your moomoo ID (8 digits) to log in to the moomoo app.
A Username will be created once you open a margin account. Please check your email for the account opening notification that contains instructions and your temporary password.
Your Username is a string of letters and numbers beginning with "moomoo".
Use your Username and temporary password to log in to the Client Portal.
