To protect investors' interests, we have capped the Platform Fees we charge at 0.5% of the transaction amount. For example: Tom buys 50 ABC shares at C$0.5 per share. Uncapped Platform Fees = 50 * C$0.01 = C$0.5, while capped Platform Fees = 50 * C$0.5 * 0.5% = C$0.13, the minimum Platform Fees = C$1>C$0.13. In this case, Tom is charged the capped Platform Fees of C$0.13.
