The Moomoo 2023 Unlock 1 FREE Apple Share Referral Rewards (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’, whereas the rewards issued in the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as "Referral Rewards") is a promotion offered by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd trading as Moomoo AU, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 1701, Level 17, 570 George Street, Sydney (‘Moomoo AU’ or the ‘Promotor’). This Promotion is valid from 24 November 2023 at 00:00 AEDT to 20 May 2024 at 19:59 AEDT (the ‘Promotion Period’) and is available only to existing clients of Moomoo AU.
The Promotion is available only to existing clients (the "Referrer" or "you") of Moomoo AU with valid and active Moomoo AU Trading Account (the "Account").
For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions:
• A "Referral Code" means a unique code which is assigned to each Referrer, to be shared with their friends and families.
• A "Referred Friend" means an Australian resident over the age of 18, who:
• a) has never signed up a moomoo account (both user account and trading account); and
• b) successfully signs up & downloads the moomoo app via the Referrer's Referral Link
• A "Successful Referral" means each time a Referred Friend successfully signs up & downloads moomoo app via the Referrer's Referral Code and has completed respective actions pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
A Referrer can get 1 free Apple Share (NASDAQ: AAPL) upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
1.referring 3 friends using your Referral Code, all of whom are completely new to moomoo, i.e have never signed up, downloaded and logged in the moomoo app prior to 30 April 2024 at 00:00 AEDT; and
2.Each of the 3 referred friends has downloaded moomoo app, registered and signed up a moomoo account, successfully opened a Moomoo AU trading account, and completed an initial deposit of minimum AUD $500.
*Note:
• In the event that your successful referrals of the 3 friends are completed after 30 April 2024 at 00:00 AEDT, even if you have received 1 free Apple Share during the period from 24 November 2023 at 00:00 AEDT to 29 April 2024 at 23:59 AEDT ("Orignial Promotion Peridod"), it will not affect your eligibility to obtain another one free Apple Share during 30 April 2024 at 00:00 AEDT to 20 May 2024 at 19:59 AEDT ("Extended Promotion Period").
• That means, during the entire Promotion Period, a referrer is entitled to a maximum of 2 free apple shares upon successful referrals completed according to these terms and conditions.
Share or copy your Referral Code with your friends and families and receive the following Referral Rewards for each Successful Referral you make, when your Referred Friend completes the corresponding actions:
1.For each Referred Friend who downloads&log in the moomoo app for the first time, Referrer is entitled to get a $10 Cash Coupon ("Tier 1 Cash Coupons").
2.For each Referred Friend who opens their Moomoo AU trading account for the first time, Referrer is entitled to a $10 Cash Coupon ("Tier 2 Cash Coupons").
3.For each Referred Friend who makes an initial deposit of minimum AUD $100 in their Moomoo AU trading account, Referrer is entitled to get a $30 Cash Coupon ("Tier 3 Cash Coupons") .
4.Technically, if a Referred Friend completes all actions as set forth in the above 1 to 3, Referrer can get a maximum of $50 Cash Coupon in total.
Limitations:
• During the entire Promotion Period (24 November 2023 at 00:00 AEDT to 20 May 2024 at 19:59 AEDT), regardless of the total number of Referred Friends, a Referr can only get 30 cash coupons in total at most, i.e 10 Tier 1 Cash Coupons+ 10 Tier 2 Cash Coupons +10 Tier 3 Cash Coupons
• Unlike the free Apple Share promotion, if during the Original Promotion Period you have already received the above mentioned 30 Cash Coupons for 3 Tiers, you will not be entitled to any additional Cash Coupons even when you have made further Successful Referrals during the Extended Promotion Period.
For example：
• If you have invited 10 friends who have never downloaded the moomoo app to download& log in during the Promotion Period, but they have not opened an account, you can receive 10 Tier 1 Cash Coupons. So from the 11th friend you referred to download and log in, you will not receive any further cash coupons, you should continue to have your friends open accounts and make deposits.
• If you have 10 Referred Friends (among all your Referred Friends) who opened accounts during the Promotion Period and you have received 10 Tier 2 Cash Coupons, you can no longer receive more Tier 2 Cash Coupons. Same applies to the Tier 3 Cash Coupons.
*IMPORTANT: your referral link should ONLY be shared across your personal networks, including friends and families, on a peer-to-peer basis. Moomoo AU prohibits anyone from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link on public domains, including public social media platforms. Clients are reminded that such actions are likely a breach of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. For further details, refer to Clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions (below)
Cash reward will be delivered in the form of Cash Coupon. You can use the cash coupons by exchanging them for cash rewards.
Cash will be credited to your brokerage account at Moomoo AU within 3 trading days after you have used the cash coupons.
Rules for using cash coupons:
A customer must have a valid and corresponding brokerage account at Moomoo AU to receive the cash reward.
Only one cash coupon may be used at any one time.
A cash coupon may only be used once.
Cash coupons must be used through the moomoo app by going to "Me-Coupons".
Cash rewards will be directly credited to the customer’s securities account after use.

2. Why is my friend not allowed to participate in this promotion?
A. Your Referred Friend must be a new user. Existing users with a moomoo account is not allowed to participate in this promotion and get corresponding reward.
B. Your Referred Friend must be with an Australian IP. Other countries' IP may not be allowed to see this promotion.
3. Why didn't I get the reward even though my friend downloaded moomoo?
A. Your invited friend has already downloaded the moomoo app on this device or other devices in the past. Repeat installation will not be rewarded.
B. Your invited friend needs to login to moomoo after download.
4. What are the rewards for my friends?

1. The Moomoo AU Referral Rewards Promotion (the "Promotion") is only available to existing clients of Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd. It is not available, and not advertised to the general public. Referred friends must be Australian residents over the age of 18. If you visit the Promotion's landing page but see an "Event Unavailable" notification, this means you are unable to participate in this Promotion.
2. Investing and/or trading in securities markets carry risks and may not be suitable for all investors. 3. Both Referrers and Referred Friends may be liable for capital gains tax on the entire value of the gift shares when sold. This is dependent on each participant's personal circumstance and participants should seek advice from a tax professional. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Participants are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their redemption or use of the Promotion Rewards.
4. Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any Referrers from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their Referral Link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Referrers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Referrers and/or Referred Friends should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:
• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant Referrers and/or Referred Friends;
• Removal of any allocated or unallocated Referral Rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant Referrers and/or Referred Friends, at the expense of the account holder(s);
• Disqualify relevant Referrers and/or Referred Friends from participation in any future promotions or events;
• Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.
5. A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the moomoo App.
6. The Referral Rewards are provided by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Moomoo AU"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission（ASIC）. The moomoo App is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited.
7. At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the this Promotion and invalidate any affected participations, or suspend or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).
8. You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement, as well as all the terms and conditions of this promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.
9. Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
10. This event is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". 11. This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.
12. Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.
13. Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
