        Has the enabled token application been deleted or reinstalled

        If the moomoo token has been enabled, but the token cannot be used. That's normally because of the deletion of the token application or the factory reset of the mobile phone operating system, the following solutions can help solve the problem quickly: 

        1. Phone Inquiry

        Service time: Monday-Friday, 08:30 a.m. – 04:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

        2. Online Inquiry

        Click 「app - Me - Custormer Service - Online Inquiry」
