Yimu Group (08232): Subsidiary Enters into Lease Agreement for Retail Premises in Hong Kong
Yimu Group (08232) announced that on July 9, 2026, the tenant, Yimu Investment (Siji 4) Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), entered into a lease agreement with the Hong Kong Housing Authority, as landlord, for Shop No. 103 on the 1st floor of Ching Toh Shopping Centre, Ching Toh Court, in the New Territories, Hong Kong. The fixed term of the lease is six years, commencing on July 9, 2026 and ending on July 8, 2032 (both dates inclusive), for the operation of one of the Group’s restaurants.
