China Nuclear Energy Technology (00611)'s subsidiary has entered into an agreement for the Hefei Dongcheng Baowan rooftop photovoltaic power generation project.

China Nuclear Energy Technology (00611) announced that, on May 20, 2026, following the trading session, the lessee— an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company—entered into a rooftop photovoltaic power generation project agreement with the lessor—an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Nanshan Holdings. Under the agreement, the lessor will lease to the lessee the rooftops of five integrated cold-chain logistics warehouses owned by Anhui He'an Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., located at the intersection of Jinyang Road and Longcheng Road in the Feidong Economic Development Zone, Feidong County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, for the Group to design, construct, install, and operate a rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation system, thereby expanding the Group's new energy business.
