I take long positions on my stocks and occasionally trade options if the conditions are favorable. I use Fundamental Analysis (FA) to determine an effective portfolio and Technical Analysis (TA) to justify the price trends. I feel there is no best strategy, so a combination of FA and TA seems to work. Thus, having a suitable brokerage is very important to me. Heat Map is a good start when checking which industries are resilient to inflation and FED rate hikes, or are affected by a particular incident. Stock Screener then helps me to diversify my portfolio based on regions and industries.

2. TA indicators and Theta

I use several indicators like Bollinger Bands, Moving Average (MA) and Volume (VOL) to determine price trends, which are vital to my options trading. Besides TA indicators, Theta and Options calculator help me to determine the expiration date and strike price based on my risk level.

3. News and Moomoo Learn

Moomoo Learn will update the news related to a particular stock on a daily basis. It'll save me time having to search. The Learn feature also helps to explain financial terms which can be confusing at times.

4. Chat Groups and Friends

I benefited most from the Chat Groups that I joined like Learn Premium Group and Option Learning SG. Here I received a summary of events that happened the night before. The group has helpful admins like @Moomoo TA Cici and @Eric Options Mastery  who answer all our queries. The moomoo Chat Groups are unlike those that I have experienced elsewhere. 5. Industry Chain, Paperfolio and Papertrade

I learn how to use Industrial Chain to research stocks from a different approach. I used Paperfolio and Papertrade to test the effectiveness of my strategies such as Buy Low Sell High (BLSH) and Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA).

The moomoo trading platform is an important part of my investment journey. They're just so many good things about the app that I wouldn’t want to give up by switching to a different app. But having said the above, I need to caution that moomoo is not the cheapest in terms of fees.
