HKE HOLDINGS (01726) announced that Luo Shenmei has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from July 31, 2023.
On the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Zhonghui Anda Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after Luo Shenmei's resignation, effective from 31 July 2023, the term of office is until the end of the company's annual general meeting.
