New York, May 7 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs Gs.n Said on Tuesday It Had Appointed Robert Kaplan, the Former President of the Federal Reserve of Dallas, as Its Vice Chairman, Bringing an Influential Banker on to Its Management Committee.
