Potential ATN International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATNI) shareholders may wish to note that the Executive Chairman, Michael T. Prior, recently bought US$199k worth of stock, paying US$19.88 for each share. ATN International insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. They paid about US$27.70 on average. I'd consider this a positive as it suggests insiders see value at around the current price.
