EVERGRANDE (03333.HK) announced to sell a 19.93% stake in SHENGJINGBANK (02066.HK) for a total consideration of RMB9.993 billion, for the purpose of debt repayment. Buoyed by the news, the Chinese property developer rebounded for the third day in a row, rising to as high as $3 at one point. The stock last stood at $2.99, up 12%, on a volume of 52.6 million shares.

Companies of the EVERGRANDE series likewise broadly inched up. EVERG SERVICES (06666.HK) rose 7.4% this morning to post at $4.93, on a volume of 13.85 million shares. EVERG VEHICLE (00708.HK) hiked 8.6% to $2.52, on a volume of 126 million shares.

恒大地产(03333.HK)宣布出售盛金GBANK(02066.HK)19.93%股权，总代价99.93亿元人民币，用于偿还债务。受此消息提振，这家中国房地产开发商连续第三天反弹，一度涨至3美元高位。该股最新报2.99美元，上涨12%，成交量为5,260万股。恒大系列的公司同样普遍小幅上涨。EVERG services(06666.HK)今早上涨7.4%，报4.93美元，成交量为1385万股。EVERG Vehicle(00708.HK)上涨8.6%，至2.52美元，成交量为1.26亿股。
