From what we can see, insiders were net sellers in Shattuck Labs, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:STTK ) during the past 12 months. That is, insiders sold the stock in greater numbers than they purchased it.

s(纳斯达克股票代码:STTK)在过去的12个月中。

Although we don't think shareholders should simply follow insider transactions, logic dictates you should pay some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Shattuck Labs

Shattuck Labs

In the last twelve months, the biggest single sale by an insider was when the Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Neill, sold US$250k worth of shares at a price of US$10.00 per share. So it's clear an insider wanted to take some cash off the table, even below the current price of US$10.59. We generally consider it a negative if insiders have been selling, especially if they did so below the current price, because it implies that they considered a lower price to be reasonable. However, while insider selling is sometimes discouraging, it's only a weak signal. This single sale was just 28% of Andrew Neill's stake. Andrew Neill was the only individual insider to sell over the last year.
