Sailun Group (SHSE:601058) Sheds 4.9% This Week, as Yearly Returns Fall More in Line With Earnings Growth
While Sailun Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601058) shareholders are probably generally happy, the stock hasn't had particularly good run recently, with the share price falling 12% in the last quarter. But in stark contrast, the returns over the last half decade have impressed. It's fair to say most would be happy with 155% the gain in that time. So while it's never fun to see a share price fall, it's important to look at a longer time horizon. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean it's cheap now. Unfortunately not all shareholders will have held it for the long term, so spare a thought for those caught in the 40% decline over the last twelve months.
